Diabetes Health Risk Test

Could you have diabetes and not know it?

Seventeen million Americans have diabetes - and one out of three doesn't even know it! The American Diabetes Association has a test that you can take to see if you are at risk for having diabetes. Diabetes is more common in African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. If you are a member of one of these ethnic groups, you need to pay special attention to this test.

Click on the link below to take the test. It is very important for you to share your results with your physician if they indicate that you are at risk for diabetes. There is a helpful chart to help you answer the questions related to weight.
