Quit Tobacco Program

Just in time for 2008 New Year’s resolutions, we’re relaxing our Quit Tobacco process to make it a little easier for you to quit:

At this time Priority Health, formerly Care Choices, no longer offers or requires you to use a phone-based quit tobacco program in order to receive nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) medications (patch, nicotine inhaler and nicotine nasal spray), Zyban or Chantix.

Talk to your doctor about obtaining a prescription for ANY quit tobacco therapy in our formulary (Chantix, generic Zyban, nicotine patches, nicotine inhaler or nicotine nasal spray.) Please remember that generics are always the least expensive choice for you.

Please call customer service if you need any assistance 800-852-9780.
