Care Choices HMO Offers Alternative Health Care Program

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI. - Care Choices HMO has signed an agreement with Landmark Health Care, Inc., a nationwide complementary alternative health care leader to provide Care Choices HMO members with a full range of alternative health care therapies. Beginning December 15, 2000, Care Choices HMO members will have access to chiropractic, massage therapy and nutritional counseling at discounted rates. To access the discounted services, members will choose a practitioner from the Natural Options Provider Directory and present their Care Choices Member ID Card when they arrive for treatment.

Landmark will manage the chiropractic, massage therapy and registered dietitian practitioner networks.
