Q. What is the discount amount for professional services?
A. Members qualify for a 20% discount off the participating provider's posted fees for the following professional services: Massage therapy and nutritional counseling. Members pay the provider directly at the time of each service. Care Choices is not responsible for payment.

Q. How do I let the provider know that I qualify for discounted services?
A. It's simple. Show your Care Choices ID card to the participating provider and let him or her know that you qualify for the 20% discount on professional services. All participating providers listed in the Natural Options directory have been notified of the discount and will honor it for members who show their Care Choices ID card.

Q. Why don't Care Choices PPO members get a discount on chiropractic services through the Natural Options programs?
A. Chiropractors are part of the provider network available to PPO members.
